I love these two people! I first met Elizabeth at our initial consult when she was on the hunt for a wedding photographer. Her and Rob were planning an amazing relaxed evening at a private residence and they wanted a photographer that could go with the flow of a low-key evening. Of course I was thrilled when those words were coming out of her mouth. Not only do I love unique events, but I love couples that plan their wedding around their personalities. Weddings should not have to fit a certain mold. They should be exactly as you want them to be, and that’s what Elizabeth and Rob did.
They were able to rent out a gorgeous house in Buckhead that was just the right size for their evening. They had a smallish group of their close family and friends, along with Rob’s 2 adorable boys. They had the ketubah cermony on the porch with only immediate family and a few friends and then they went out to the garden for a full buying synthroid ceremony. Even their ceremony was relaxed, tho. Everyone just gathered around and watched instead of being in formal seats.
Very quickly after the ceremony the sun set and from there the party began! Rob is actually in a band and so they chose some amazing rock music for the reception. They chose to use their own ipod for the music (which was a great choice in this case) so they had complete control over what they heard. But honestly, I don’t think I heard a single song I didn’t love all evening!!
Near the end of the night they cut their DONUT cake (made by Revolution Donuts) and distributed some King of Pops!! People were also able to grab some drinks in the personalized mason jars they had made.
It was an amazing evening and I cannot thank Elizabeth and Rob enough for trusting me to capture their day and letting me join in on the fun of their day!!
Congrats you two!!
